Quint, Captain of The Rook

A recurring NPC from a homebrewed D&D Campaign of my own design, Quint is the captain of the pirate vessel, 'The Rook' and acts as an, albeit untrustworthy, ally to the party throughout their travels. A warlock under the service of a Great Old One patron, Quint often appears as disheveled, covered in scars and in a near permanent state of intoxication in order to drown out the constant alien presence of his patron in his mind. Once sobered and with nothing to block or mitigate the presence of his eldritch patron the scars turn into bismuth esque crystals and he gains full access to his warlock skillset.

First of what I hope to be a series of D&D portraits, I decided to go with one of my personal favorites from my campaigns. I took heavy inspiration from the Magic the Gathering eldrazi creatures, specifically Kozilek, as well as Corvo Attano from Dishonored. This piece is a bit on the older side now and an update to it would not be out of the question in the near future.
